今日のボヤキは移動時間がぐっと短くなるかもしれません。
先日のボヤキで自動車の自動運転化の話がありましたが、それよりも先に障害物の少ない空での運用が始まるかもしれません。
「空飛ぶタクシー」要は車の代わりにジェット機使おうということですね。

ANAホールディングス（HD）が日本で「空飛ぶタクシー」の運航事業に参入する。トヨタ自動車などが出資する米新興企業、ジョビー・アビエーションと業務提携し、同社が開発している電動式の垂直離着陸機を活用する。米ボーイング系も参入の意向を示しており、日本でも新たな空の移動手段を巡る競争が激しくなりそうだ。
ANAHDとジョビーが14日に発表した。ジョビーが開発している5人乗りの機体は最高速度が時速約320キロメートルで、240キロメートル強の連続飛行ができる。現在は自動車で1時間程度かかる関西国際空港から大阪駅までの所要時間を15分以内に短縮できるという。
具体的な事業の開始時期は明らかにしていないが、2025年国際博覧会（大阪・関西万博）を機に地元自治体などが空飛ぶクルマの実用化を目指しており、こうした機会を利用することを視野に入れているもようだ。両社は運航に加えインフラ整備やパイロット養成、航空管制などの面で協力するという。
万国博覧会では最先端技術が発表され、少し先の未来を体験できるようになっていました。今では当たり前となっているスマートフォンも当時はワイヤレステレフォンとして注目を集めました。その他にも、エアドーム、電気自動車、缶コーヒーなどが万国が出発点だとされています。
空飛ぶタクシーが実現すれば、人流も物流も今より頻繁になり、より早く世界は変移していくのかもしれません。

ANA Holdings (HD) is entering the business of operating "flying cabs" in Japan. The company has formed a business alliance with Joby Aviation, a U.S. start-up company funded by Toyota Motor Corporation and others, and will use the electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft that Joby Aviation is developing. The Boeing Group of the U.S. has also expressed its intention to enter the business, and the competition for a new means of air transportation in Japan is likely to intensify.
ANAHD and Joby made the announcement on the 14th. The five-seater aircraft being developed by Joby has a maximum speed of about 320 kilometers per hour and can fly continuously for just over 240 kilometers. It is said to be able to shorten the time required to get from Kansai International Airport to Osaka Station, which currently takes about one hour by car, to less than 15 minutes.
The two companies have not announced a specific date for the launch of the project, but they are considering taking advantage of the opportunity presented by the 2025 International Exposition (Osaka-Kansai World Exposition), when local governments are aiming to put flying cars to practical use. In addition to flight operations, the two companies will cooperate in such areas as infrastructure development, pilot training, and air traffic control.
At the World Exposition, cutting-edge technology was presented, allowing visitors to experience the future a little further into the future. Smartphones, which are now commonplace, attracted a lot of attention back then as wireless telephones. Other products such as air domes, electric cars, and canned coffee are said to have originated in all countries.
If flying cabs become a reality, people and things will move more frequently than they do now, and the world may change more quickly.
