今日のボヤキは「勉強の価値」についてです。
「勉強」は皆さんにとってどのような意味を持つでしょうか？
本来自分のためのものであっても、結局のところ手段にしかなってないのが高校までの勉強ではないでしょうか？
大学での勉強も将来のための手段にしか過ぎないのでしょうか？

すでに、ハーバード、スタンフォード、MITなど、強い大学ほど、授業をオンラインのコンテンツとして提供しています。学ぼうという意思があれば、大学の壁を越えて学べるようになりつつあるのです。
1つの大学で教育を受けるのでなく、たとえば、コンピュータサイエンスはMITで、物理学はスタンフォードで、東洋史は中国の大学でという形が可能になります。
数年後には、大学の卒業証書よりも、このような学習履歴のほうに値打ちがあるという時代になるでしょう。ブロックチェーン技術を使えば、大学をまたいだ学習履歴も証明できますからね。
学歴社会は崩壊しつつあるということが身にしみてわかります。
学校というのは、共有環境で同じ学部で同じ授業を取っていればその生徒たちは皆同じレベルという考え方が一般的であるように思います。これは少し極端な考え方かもしれませんが...w
そうではなくて、その個人がその問題に対してどのように考えるかというところが重要視されてくるわけですね。何を感じ、何を考えるのか。その人にしかない非共有環境に価値が見いだされるわけです。
そのためには1つの大学に属する必要性がなく、その感性を磨くために大学の壁を越えて学ぶ必要性が示されています。
システムなどが少々面倒ではあると思いますが、今持てる技術でも十分可能だと思いますが、1番の問題は学費だと私は考えます。
私立の大学の場合であると、今よりも学費の面でシビアな状況になり格差社会が広がってしまうのではないかと考えます。その改革には行政や国がどのような方針を示していくのかに注目です。
