昨今SNSでよく聞かれる「親ガチャ」。本当に努力だけでは上り詰めることができないのでしょうか？
努力できるのも才能といわれますが、遺伝率はどれぐらいなのでしょうか？
概略
人生の攻略難易度はここまで上がった。

才能ある者にとってはユートピア、それ以外にとってはディストピア。誰もが「知能と努力」によって成功できるメリトクラシー社会では、知能格差が経済格差に直結する。遺伝ガチャで人生は決まるのか？ 絶望の先になにがあるのか？ はたして「自由で公正なユートピア」は実現可能なのか──。
やはり、パーソナリティにおける遺伝率は約半数を占めていますが、残り半分は非共有環境によって構成されます。学校での環境や交友関係が多くを占めます。
その理由としては、年を重ねるごとに家族での関りよりも、家の外で家族以外の人との関わりが多くの時間を占めるため、誰と過ごすのかが大切になるということです。
また、日本のトップを目指すなどの極端な目標でなければ、半数を自分の力で変えられるということになるので、自分の可能性を精一杯引き出せるように努力を重ねることはやはり大切なのでしょう。

In this glittering world, one must conquer the difficult game (an impossible task) of "achieving social and economic success, reputation, and sexuality" alone. This is the rule of a liberal society in which one can "live as one pleases.
Utopia for the gifted, dystopia for the rest. In a meritocracy where everyone can succeed through "intelligence and hard work," disparities in intelligence are directly related to economic disparities. Is life determined by genetic mess? What lies beyond despair? Is a "free and fair utopia" really feasible?
After all, heritability in personality accounts for about half of all personality traits, but the other half is made up of non-shared environments. The school environment and friendships account for much of this.
The reason for this is that as we get older, we spend more time outside the home with people outside the family than we do with our family, so who we spend time with becomes more important.
Also, unless your goal is extreme, such as aiming for the top of Japan, you will be able to change half of them by yourself, so it is still important to make an effort to bring out your full potential.
