今日のボヤキは、最近ハマっているドラマについてです。
「SUITS/スーツ」は日本でもリメイク版が放送され、織田裕二が主演を務めて、2シーズンまで放送されました。
アメリカ版はシーズン8まであり、大人気ドラマであることがわかります！
見たことないな～という人のにも簡単にあらすじを説明したいと思います。
あらすじ
【シーズン1】2011年 ハーヴィー＆マイクの出会い
上司のジェシカの命令で、しぶしぶアシスタントを雇うことになったハーヴィー・スペクター。秘書のドナの仕切りで面接をするものの、「つまんねぇヤツしか来ねーな。」と飽きかけていたところに飛び込んできたのがマイクでした。マイクは、慌てて部屋に駆け込んで来たかと思ったら、鞄いっぱいに詰め込んだマリファナを床にぶちまける始末。その後、法律書を全部暗記していると豪語し、実際に暗唱してしまう「おもしれ―ヤツ」を、弁護士資格がないにも関わらず即採用。

学歴詐称あり、弁護士資格無しの弁護士が新たな発想で次々と事件を解決していく！という話です。これをみているとやはり法律も奥が深いんだな〜と感じることが多くあります。
私がこれを見ながら思ったのは、「アメリカ型ジョブ型採用」ってどうなんだろう？ということです。
日本ではまだ未だにマルチタスクの人が重宝されるような現状ですが、このドラマのように記憶力に特化した人をピンポイントで雇うなど日本にはなかなかない考えですよね。
また、AIでその仕事は代用出来るのかどうかという問題もあります。確かに、記憶するだけなら、機械の方がいいのでは？と考えますが、法律の条文は1つでも、判例は多く存在し、どのパターンに入るのかなどを解釈していく作業はまだ機械には難しいと考えます。そのため、法曹界の記憶力よりも最近では、どうやって実践的に活用するのかに重点を置いて法科大学院ではカリキュラムが進められているそうです。
色々な考え方は出来ますが、これから先やはり明確になるのは機械を使う側か使われる側かの2択だと思います。人にしかできない考え方、日本語特有の文章術であったりを身につけていく必要があるのかもしれないですね。

Today's boyaki is about a drama that I'm addicted to lately.
A remake version of "SUITS" was also broadcast in Japan, starring Yuji Oda, and was broadcast until two seasons.
The American version is up to Season 8 and you can see that it is a very popular drama!
I would like to briefly explain the synopsis to those who have never seen it.
Synopsis
[Season 1] 2011 Harvey & Mike's encounter
Harvey Specter reluctantly hires an assistant at the behest of his boss Jessica. Mike was interviewed by his secretary, Donna's partition, but jumped into the place where he was tired of saying, "Only the boring guy will come."
Mike rushed into the room and rushed to the floor with marijuana packed in his bag. After that, he boasted that he had memorized all the law books, and immediately adopted "Maybe-Yatsu", who actually recited it, even though he was not qualified as a lawyer.
Lawyers who have job fraud and are not qualified as lawyers will solve cases one after another with new ideas! It is a story. Looking at this, I often feel that the law is also deep.
Looking at this, what did I think about "American job type adoption"? about it.
In Japan, multitasking people are still useful, but it's a rare idea in Japan to hire people who specialize in memory as in this drama.
There is also the question of whether AI can substitute for that job. Certainly, if you just want to remember, isn't it better to use a machine? However, even if there is only one article in the law, there are many judicial precedents, and I think that it is still difficult for machines to interpret which pattern to enter. Therefore, it seems that the curriculum is being promoted at the law school more recently than the memory of the legal profession, with an emphasis on how to utilize it practically.
There are various ways of thinking, but I think that the two choices that will be clarified in the future are the side that uses the machine and the side that uses it. It may be necessary to acquire ideas that only humans can do and writing techniques that are unique to the Japanese.
