今日のボヤキは、そろそろ2023卒の就職活動が始まるということで、現状どの業界の企業が人気なのでしょうか?自分の就活も含めて、今回はメーカーを見てみたいと思います。

食品がトップ20のうち10社
この10年(2011~21年)で企業入社難易度が上がり、入社が難しくなった企業ランキングを業種別に見ていく。今回はメーカー編。

11年と21年を比較すると、学部学科の新設や募集単位の変更などにより、大学の入試難易度が下がった影響で、調査対象とした主要企業の入社難易度の平均値が0.7ポイント下がっているので、入試難易度の変動分を考慮し、両年の就職偏差値差に0.7ポイント加えた修正値でランキングを作成した。

10年前と比較して最も入社難易度が上昇したのは、世界最大の消費材メーカーであるP&Gが日本で展開するP&Gジャパン。11年当時も入社難易度は60を超えて高いが、この10年でさらに上がり、全企業の総合順位でも11年の126位から21年は12位に大きく上がった。

 

やはり、人気の企業は採用される人材の学力が高いことがわかります。学歴=頭がよく、使える人材という訳では無いでしょうが、数多くの候補者の中からある一定数にまで絞るためには学歴は必要であり、それまでの努力の過程や、なにをどのようにという部分に更に焦点があてられるのではないでしょうか。

 

少し前に出したジョブ型採用の浸透もあり、大企業=安定の時代は終わりを迎えようとしています。何が求められて、自分は何が出来るのかというアンテナを常に張っておく必要があり、情報がものを言う世界になっていくのは間違いないと思われます。
