今日のボヤキ 12/28
今日は今年の振り返りをしていこうと思います。
今年はなんとも濃い1年でした。アルティメットにゼミにバイトに遊びにと1ヶ月があっという間に過ぎ去っていき、気付けば12月の後半を迎えているという感じです。
ブログ活動も主に長期休みを利用して毎日投稿したりして、知識の幅を広げることが出来ましたし、読書した内容についてもアウトプットまでできるようになったのも言語化能力の向上につながったのかなと感じています。
大学生活も折り返し地点になり、今後に向けて何が必要なのかを考え、来年の目標を簡潔に考えていきます。
まず1つ目は”マネジメント能力”です。
これは自他ともにコントロールし、動かす能力です。
例えば、あれもこれもやらなければならない！という時に、どこに優先順位をつけてやるのか。あるいは、誰にどの役割を割り振り、自分は何をすべきなのかということも必要になってきます。
アルティメットでも必要になりますし、ゼミの活動でも必要になって来るだろうと思います。それらどのように養い、伸ばしていくのかは来年の大きな課題になると考えます。
2つ目は”情報収集能力”です。
これは現在も行っているブログ活動が1つの要因ですが、来年度は就職活動も控えているため、どのような職につきたいのか、何が自分には必要なのか、などの情報を効率よく集め、比較検討していく力が必要になります。
そのためには、本を読むだけでも似たジャンルをあえて読み、どこが類似で相違なのかを考えたり、ニュース記事でも国内外問わず比較し本当に正しいのか検証していくことが大切だと考えています。
これら2点を軸にして、”自分とは”という問いに対して明確な答えが来年の今には出せるようにしたいと考えています。その軸をぶれないようにかつ、柔軟に様々な物事に対して挑戦して行きたいと考えます。

Today's blurbs 12/28
Today I would like to take a look back at this year.
This year has been a very intense year. With Ultimate, seminars, part-time jobs, and fun, the month flew by and before I knew it, the second half of December had arrived.
I have also been able to broaden my knowledge by posting daily on my blog, mainly during long vacations, and I feel that I have been able to improve my ability to verbalize what I have read by even outputting it.
Now that I am at the turn of my university life, I am thinking about what I need to do for the future and briefly considering my goals for next year.
The first is "management ability.
This is the ability to control and move oneself and others.
For example, when you have to do this and that! When you have to do this and that, where do you put the priorities? Or, it is also necessary to know who should be assigned which role and what you should do.
This will be necessary for Ultimate, and I think it will also be necessary for seminar activities. How to cultivate and develop these skills will be a major issue for next year.
The second is the ability to gather information.
One of the reasons for this is my ongoing blogging activities, but I will also be job hunting next year, so I will need to be able to efficiently gather and compare information such as what kind of job I want to get and what I need.
To this end, I believe it is important to read books of similar genres and consider what is similar and what is different, and to compare news articles, whether domestic or foreign, and verify whether they are really correct.
With these two points as my axis, I hope to be able to give a clear answer to the question, "Who am I? I would like to challenge various things flexibly and without wavering from this axis.
