今日のボヤキは「ディズニーが住宅地を開発！？」という記事についてです。
最近では、トヨタが町を開発していますが、それぞれの企業にどのような意図があるのでしょうか？

テーマパークの枠を超えたディズニー人気を生かし、州南部ランチョミラージュで、不動産開発会社や住宅建設会社と提携して一戸建て住宅やコンドミニアム、店舗やホテルなどを設ける。５５歳以上のシニア向け住宅用の区画も用意する。
ディズニーのテーマパーク設計者らが住宅地のコンセプトを開発し、従業員がコミュニティーを運営してエンターテインメントやさまざまなアクティビティーを提供するという。
ディズニーが好きな人であればそこに住たいと必ず手を上げるでしょう。
しかし、テーマパークとは違い、その街への出入りやその他の商業施設や病院などの施設はどのようにして運営していくのでしょうか？
まだまだ計画は途中でしょうが、様々な企業が似た事業展開をしていくのではないでしょうか？それぞれの特性を生かしたまちづくりが行政ではなく、一般企業にとってかわられる日もそう遠くはないのではないのではないのかもしれません。

Disney is partnering with real estate developers and homebuilders in the southern part of the state to create single-family homes, condominiums, stores, and hotels in Rancho Mirage. There will also be plots for seniors 55 and older.
Disney's theme park designers will develop the concept of the residential area, and employees will run the community, providing entertainment and various activities.
If you like Disney, you will surely raise your hand to live there.
But unlike a theme park, how will they manage the ingress and egress to that city and other commercial facilities, hospitals, etc.?
Planning is probably still in progress, but I suspect that various companies will develop similar projects. The day may not be far off when city planning that uses each company's characteristics will be replaced not by the government, but by general companies.
